Test Script
Hi, my name is Mark and I am a designer working on bridging the gaps between employee and employer communication to prevent overworked and burned out employees. Thank you so much for taking part in this user test, we are very excited to have you.
We want to start off by communicating this part clearly, we are testing the app and not you. It’s okay to make mistakes. As I walk with you through the app I am going to ask that you try and think out loud. Let me know what you’re looking at, what you are trying to do or what you would like to do. Doing that will really help us with our refining process. We encourage you to walk us through your thought process.
Also, don’t feel bad about hurting our feels. We want to improve it, so we need to hear the honest reactions and opinions.
Now, i just sent you a link. Before you start doing anything, can you tell me a few things you see and give me a few thoughts on those items.
Awesome! so let me set a the scene for you.
